Coleslaw

No mayo so no worries about bringing this to a cookout

Ingredients

1 head of cabbage, shredded (or 2 bags of already shredded cabbage)

2 small onions, chopped

1 c sugar

Dressing:

1 c white vinegar

3/4 c vegetable oil

1 T yellow mustard

1 t celery seed

1 T salt

1/2 t pepper

Directions

Combine cabbage, onion, and sugar in large bowl.  Combine dressing ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.  Boil for 3 minutes.  Pour hot over cabbage.  Stir to combine and refrigerate overnight.  Drain before serving.
