Tex Mex Pulled Pork

Slow Cooker or Oven
Ingredients
8 oz tomato sauce
1 c barbecue sauce
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cans green chiles, drained
1/8-1/4 c chili powder (start with 1/8 - you can always add)
1 t cumin
1 t oregano
1/4 t cinnamon
2 1/2 lb pork loin roast
flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
lettuce
sour cream
Directions
Spray inside of slow cooker and stir all ingredients to combine. Add pork. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Remove meat and shred with a fork. Return to sauce. Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
Serves 6.
You can cook this in a roasting pan in the oven. Cover and cook at 300 for 2-3 hours until pulls apart easily.
