Tailgate Burgers

8 big burgers or 18 sliders
Ingredients
1 foil cake pan
3 lbs.ground beef- 85 % lean
2 - 3 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 T worchestershire sauce
1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
1/2 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
1/4 lb sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 lb sliced cheddar cheese
Optional: scattering of crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Mix meat with steak seasoning and press lightly in pan.
Combine 3 steak sauces and spread evenly over meat.
grill for 20 minutes uncovered but with lid of grill down. Use direct heat on medium.
cover beef with slices of Swiss and cheddar cheese. May sprinkle with crumbles of blue cheese first.
grill 2 more minutes to melt cheese
cut into squares.
