Pork Chops in a Skilket

Variation on Gma O’s Ketchup/OJ porkchops

Ingredients

1 c Ketchup

1/2 c pineapple juice

1/4 c lemon juice

3/4 c brown sugar

4 Porkchops, with bone, trimmed

oil, enough to cover bottom of frying pan

 

Directions

Brown chops in oil., wipe out pan w paper towel. While they're cooking (or before) combine ingredients & pour over chops. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 min.
