Buffalo Chicken Soup

A little healthier than wings

Ingredients

1 T olive oil

2 T butter

2 lbs ground chicken

1 c shredded carrots

1 c chopped celery

1 medium onion, chopped

2 c. chicken broth

15 oz tomato sauce

15 oz crushed tomatoes

1/8 c hot sauce (or more - up to you!)

1/2 t garlic powder

1 T paprika

salt and pepper

Shredded cheddar cheese 

Fritos or Tortilla chips

Directions

Heat oil and butter in large pot.  Add chicken and saute 5 minutes.  Add onions, carrots, celery, and spices and saute 4 more minutes until chicken is cooked.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 10 minutes.  Serve and top with cheese and fritos.
