Mimi's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar

3 T flour

2 tsp baking owder

11/2 tsp salt

6 eggs

2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup melted butter

6 cups fresh  corn kernels {12 ears}

 

Directions

Combine first 4 igredients.  Whisk eggs, cream and butter.  Gradually whisk in dry ingredients until smooth.  Stir in corn. Pour into greased 9 x 13 dish  Bake at 350 for 45 mintes until golden and set.

Let stand 5 minutes.     Serves 8
