Ingredients

1 beef Brisket

liquid smoke

celery, onion, garlic salt.  salt & pepper

 

Directions

Lay brisket in pan fat side up.  Sprinkle fat with 3 - 4 T liquid smoke, depending how large.  Then sprinkle with the 5 seasonings. Cover.  Cook 6 hrs at 250.  Trim fat and pour off half the drippings.  Pour BBQ sauce liberally over brisket - covering it..  Cook another hr.  Wait 10 minutes before slicing.  Add BBQ sauce to pan juices to serve along with meat
