Pancakes

The recipe feeds two to three people, but is easy to double or triple for a crowd.

Ingredients

1 cup flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 Tbl sugar

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/6 cup vegetable oil

 

Directions

Mix wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients.  

You can add a bit more milk for a thinner pancake.

You can also substitute a single serving of applesauce for the egg, for those with an egg allergy.
