This is Great Grandma O’Neill’s recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
Directions
In a 4-5 quart baking dish, melt the butter in the dish in the oven while it is preheating to 425.
Mix the batter and pour it into the hot melted butter.
Return the dish to the oven and bake until fluffy and brown for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Serve with syrup or squeeze lemon on top and dust with confectioners sugar.
