Squash casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash

3 eggs

1 pkg. longhorn cheese, grated

1 stick butter

1/3 cup flour

salt & pepper to taste

1 edium onion

milk till not stiff

Directions

Cook squash in water till tender.

Drain and add butter and grated cheese.  When cheese melts, add pepper, flour and about 1/4 cup milk.  Beast eggs and pour over squash.  grate onion and add

Put in greased casserole.  Add a little cheese and butter on top.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
