Ingredients

36 slices Pepperidge Farms party rye bread

thousand island dressing

14 oz. pkg thinly sliced corned beef

1 cup saurkraut, snipped

6 slices swiss cheese

Directions

Spread each slice of rye with a little dressing.  Top with a thin slice of corned beef.  Cover with a tsp of saurkraut.  

Cut each slivce of cheese into 6 pieces and top each appetizer.  Place on baking sheet.  

Bake at 400 for 6 - 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
