Ingredients
3 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned, boned
3 T butter
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 can cream chn soup
1 cup fresh green seedless grapes
Directions
Melt butter and saute mushrooms and garlic. Remove to bowl before mushrooms get too soft.
B.rown chicken in same pan, adding more butter if needed. Be careful not to let pan get too hot as you dont want the butter to burn.
Mix and add wine, soup, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cook over low heat for 1/2 hour or unti telnder. Add grapes and muxhrooms the last five minutes
