Flank Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients

3/4 cup cooking oil

1/4 cup each soy sauce & honey

2 T cider vinegar

2 T chopped green onions

1 large garlic clove, minced or crushed

11/2 tsp ground ginger

1   2 lb.   flank steak {or round steak}

 

Directions

Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onion, garlic and ginger  Pour over steak and allow to marinate for 4 hours or more. turn occasionally.

B B Q turning once.  About 5 minutes per side for medium rare  Baste with marinade. 

Carve in thin slices on the diagonal.

You can also oven broil.
