Pork Tenderloin with Chutney

i buy dark rum in little shot sized bottles. 1 does it
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
1/4 cup dark rum
1 jar Major Grey's chutney
Directions
sear to brown quickly in hot pan on all sides. I use olive oil. Put pork in baking dish and cook in 400 oven for 45 minutes. While baking deglaze the pan
with the rum. cook several minutes. Add chutney and heat through. After pork cooks for 45 minutes pour chutney over all and contiue cooking for 15 minutes.
Delicious with sweet potatoes and a salad.
