Green Pepper Casserolr

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1  16oz. can diced tomatoes

1 or 2 green peppers {depending on size and how much you like them]  I personally use two large

1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice

1/2 cup water

2 tsp worchestershire

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar

 

Directions

                   Brown beef, drain.  Mix together all but the cheese.  Put in 2 qt. baking dish .  Cover.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  uncover and sprinkle with cheese.

return to oven until cheese melts - 5 minutes
