Equal parts:

chopped chives

chervil

parsley

tarragon

HERBES de NAPA:  {

yield 3/4 cup}

6 T dried thyme

3 T fennel seed

21/2 T dried summer savory leaves

11/2 lavender flowers

HERBES de PROVENCE:

1 tsp each:  {dried}

parsley

sage 

rosemary 

thyme

PAULA DEEN'S HOUSE DRESSING:

1 cup salt

1/4 cup prpper

1/4 cup garlic powder

ESSENCE OF EMERIL

5 T sweet papricka

1/4 cup salt

1/4 cup garlic powder 

2 T fresh ground pepper

2 T onion powder

2 T cayenne

2 T dried oregano

2 T dried thyme
